Those who are interested can visit my Google Photos album, Warrenton, VA, Spring 2020.
I’m also sharing a few of my favorites here:
I apparently have a thing for flowers and/or flowering trees. Maybe it’s just the colors. Whatever, it doesn’t really matter. I just hope y’all find a little bit of beauty in and enjoy looking at the images I captured.
Stay safe and well, friends.
Beautiful photos and I love the empty streets.
Thanks, Richard. The empty streets make for interesting images, but it’s quite surreal seeing town so empty when it should be full of cars and people. I hope things settle down sooner rather than later.
Just beautiful photos! I think we’re all being drawn to the beauty of spring in this bizarre situation. A friend shared a post on FB of a professional photog who was commissioned to capture downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk, it was stunning and surreal, knowing the crowds of people that are normally down there in spring. It’s good to have a record of this, I think. Hopefully, we don’t have to go to these extreme measures again.
I bet those images were interesting. I hope we never experience another pandemic, too.
You live in a beautiful town! I love these photos. Empty streets really are surreal, but I guess trying to save lives is worth it.
Yes, Annelies, it’s worth it. I just hope that the world recovers quickly.
